Sales velocity is calculated from paid order items. Stock-cover estimates assume the recent 30-day sales rate continues; products without tracked stock are excluded from stock-cover estimates.

For shop customers who have already paid and collected their items. You can enter the sale after they leave. Stock updates when you save it.
Bulk product import
Upload the prepared Pretifa CSV. Products with an exact matching name will have their price and stock updated. New names will be added. Existing product photos are preserved. No products will be deleted.

Prepare a quotation without creating an order or deducting stock. When the customer accepts, use “Accept & create order”.
Change the items, prices or dates below, then tap “Save changes”. The quotation number stays the same.

Spending totals include orders marked Paid and exclude cancelled or refunded orders. Customer records are grouped by phone number where available.
Payment reconciliation
PayChangu payments are confirmed automatically. For Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or bank transfer, update the payment status yourself after you check your account.
